Axia Growth was founded on a simple observation: lower-middle-market deal professionals — M&A advisors, private equity firms, independent sponsors — were underserved when it came to disciplined, scalable outbound sourcing. Most relied on referrals, inbound, or manual outreach that couldn't keep pace with their ambitions.
Our founder Mike Lukasevicz had spent years building outbound systems in financial services. When a trusted advisor — a fractional CFO working with multiple family offices — suggested applying that infrastructure to deal sourcing, Mike ran the first campaigns with a small group of clients. The results were immediate: one early client closed a $30M transaction, generating over $1M in personal commissions directly from Axia-sourced deal flow.
That proof of concept became a company. Today, Axia operates as a focused team of GTM engineers, data specialists, and client strategists — all building toward one goal: proprietary deal flow engines that compound over time.
